• any relevant Court date or timeframe 
• whether the person is in the community or in custody 
• the best way to contact you 

Please avoid sending:

• full medical records 
• detailed trauma histories 
• sensitive legal documents 
• private information about another person without consent 
• photos or screenshots containing highly personal information 

If further information is needed, Tū Mana will explain what is required and how it can be provided safely.
